This Privacy Policy represents how RaspberryFX (together with all subsidiaries thereof, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “they”, “us”, “our”, “RaspberryFX”, interchangeably) collect and use your data when you (interchangeably as “users”, “you”, “your”, “client”) visit our website at https://www.raspberryfx.com, download and use our mobile application and services. We may amend the Privacy Policy at our discretion without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on our website and/or through our mobile app. By continuing to use our platform and services, you agree to be bound to the company Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. What we collect
We collect info you give us when you sign up for an account, complete the onboarding including verifying your identity, sign in to your account, contact us via our various communication channels, take our surveys, join contests or promotions, or use any of our platforms and services. When you use our services, we collect different types of information about you. We collect the following types of information about you:
Personal details
including your name, email, phone number, internet protocol (IP) address and other information on your uploaded government issued identification and documents (to ensure "you are who you say you are" - authentic, valid and current) including extraction of images and security features embedded in your identification. We collect these information for compliance purposes or to provide you services that we offer at current or in the future.
Banking and Card Details
including your card number linked to your account, or bank account details linked to your account.
Contact details
For example, when you send money to a beneficiary, we need certain information about the person you're sending money to, so, we'll ask you to share their contact details, their phone number or email, the transaction information and banking details including account number.
We also collect contact details from you to enhance your experience, this includes accessing your profile photos to make it easier for other RaspberryFX users to find you and help prevent sending money to the wrong person - We only accept selfie images during onboarding. We also collect your answers in surveys, when taking part in contests or marketing activities, suggesting improvements, giving referrals, or other interactions you make with our platform and services.

We collect information from your devices to help protect your account from fraud, hackers, and other malicious activities. The information we collect includes:
Device Location
We collect info about where your device is, like your IP address, device language, and your network provider's location. This might include very specific location details. You may disable your device location setting by following your device manufacturer guide.
Device Information
Details about your device, such as its hardware version, unique identifier, mobile network info, and how the device interacts with our services, are collected
Your electronic activities while using our services

Certain services, for example Offers and Deals, will require that you provide your location so we can customize products to you based on your location. Failure to provide your location will prevent us from providing you such services. You can at any time turn on or off your location information by consulting your device manufacturer guide
Promotional Communications

For promotional communications like offers and deals, you will have the option to opt out, or disable communication.
